Tobogganing is great fun for all ages.

The Kleinbergalm can be reached on foot from the centre of the village or on the Grossberg chairlift. The alpine hut and the toboggan run are very popular – in the evenings too.

The kid's cross country ski park offers this variety. There is a large snow hill for ascents and downhills, even through gates and over jumps and other obstacles. Ball games, relays or running games can be played on this ski-playground.

In winter, the mountains attract skiers and snowboarders. The Gastein ski region in the heart of Austria comprises 4 ski areas with a total of 220 kilometres of pistes. But cross-country skiers also love the Gastein Valley and enjoy the healthy Nordic endurance sport on the valley trail or the snow-sure high-altitude trail. Those who want to get to know the cold season from its gentler side will find the opportunity to do so on winter hikes. Tobogganing and romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides are also possible in the white landscape. FreeRIDE Ski amadé

The fascinating thing about freeride tours is to draw your feelings in the snow in complete freedom and breathtaking nature. During such descents can occur through adrenaline influence extreme feelings of happiness which are called FLOW in the freeride scene.

Your guide will also familiarize you with the behavior on the mountain, avalanche transceiver (LVS), avalanche situation, companion rescue, etc..

With the new Panorama Link in the Heart of Ski amadé, you can enjoy the diverse offer of the three ski areas including 210 varied kilometers of slopes with a single lift ticket on just one ski day. While skiing between the villages of Wagrain and Kleinarl, you can enjoy an unmistakable mountain panorama of the Hohe and Niedere Tauern.
