Solely fresh local and regional produce is used for preparing the Austrian and international dishes; quite unlike the cuisine you would usually expect from an Alpine lodge eaterie. Aside from the classic Austrian rustic staples, such as spare ribs or beef filet the « Bellevue Alm » Fondue is top notch. Tempting, tasty snack dishes for in-between are also available. Classic kids‘ favourites ranging from fried pork escalope to „Berner“ sausages are on offer on the kids‘ menu. In a nutshell: good, plain cooking with served with some extra zing and at a reasonable price.

Besonderer Höhepunkt für alle aktiven, sportlichen, dynamischen Gäste ist die Nachtloipe im Langlaufstadion in Ramsau Ort. Ergänzt wird das Sportangebot durch eine Höhenloipe am Dachsteingletscher und dem Vorzeige-Indoor-Trainingszentrum mit Kraftgeräten, Radergometern und Laufbändern von höchstem technischen Niveau, einem Kletterturm und einer Turnhalle. Leistungsdiagnostik und Trainingssteuerung stehen allen Hobbysportlern und Gästen zur Verfügung.

The Strassalm is located in between of the valley stations of 3 chairlifts: Sonntagskogel, Strassalm and Hirschkogel.

The owners place great value on the quality of the meals they are serving, cooking whenever possible with products from the house-own farm!

On brilliantly beautiful winter days, the small hut out on the terrace is also open.

Coming from Wagrain via the Flying Mozart and from Flachau via Starjet 3, you are on the one hand, at a pivotal point in the ski area, and on the other hand in a very significant place: A monument in the form of a summit cross is located in the immediate vicinity.

Ski & Wine Enjoyment Week from 6th to 13th of March, 2027

During the skiing and wine tasting week from March 6 to 13, 2027, we offer our guests at the Karbachalm some special highlights. 

The Birkhahnalm - next to the mountain station of achterjet.

The Radstadt/Altenmarkt ski area is an insider tip for skiers and toboggan fans in Ski amadé. On the small but very fine ski mountain, all 4 main lifts come together on the "Kemahdhöhe", the central point of the ski area.

Up here, in addition to the start of the 6km long Königslehen toboggan run and the popular photo motif mascot "Kinigl", there is also a sacred place with the Holy Family made of "Sölker marble" and a summit cross made of old lift parts. This place invites you to linger and relax with a magnificent view.
