In classic ski areas, information for freeriders is in short supply. Not so in the Hochkönig ski region.

Find out about the most popular freeride routes on the mountain and the up-to-date avalanche risk at the freeride info point at the summit station of the Aberg gondola. With the help of the built-in avalanche beacon checker, you can make sure that your avalanche transceiver is working. Safety is thus guaranteed while you are out and about.
