A trip through the white mountains is an unforgettable experience. In winter, hot air balloon rides are performed from Flaggl Balloning GmbH in Filzmoos. Further information at the tourist information.

Running on a flat surface can be done by almost anyone after a little training. But running uphill from peak to peak, over hill and dale, along narrow paths and steep trails to steep inclines - that is only something for true and highly motivated running freaks.
Those who take up the challenge will be rewarded with fantastic views and unique trails in the Hochkönig region.
Every year, exciting trail running events with numerous national and international participants provide an additional challenge.

If you just want to leave your skis in the valley, it's a 10-minute walk across the slopes to the terrace, where you can enjoy the food and the sun! Hot and cold dishes in our rustic and stylish hut will warm your heart.
