During the skiing and wine tasting week from March 6 to 13, 2027, we offer our guests at the Gehwolf Alm some special highlights. 

Running on a flat surface can be done by almost anyone after a little training. But running uphill from peak to peak, over hill and dale, along narrow paths and steep trails to steep inclines - that is only something for true and highly motivated running freaks.
Those who take up the challenge will be rewarded with fantastic views and unique trails in the Hochkönig region.
Every year, exciting trail running events with numerous national and international participants provide an additional challenge.

The Herzerlalm welcomes you with rustic, modern comfort and our cordial service. Every day we spoil you with delicacies from our menu and hits of the day. Traditional dishes with a modern interpretation await you here. You can also enjoy a good bottle of wine from our wine cellar, delicious drinks and an Austrian brandy to finish off.

Unforgettable views await you during winter hiking and cross-country skiing at the Rossbrand in the 'Panorama Kurve'. Here you can enjoy a mountain panorama that is second to none!

• Individual advice, specially suited to your skiing expertise and the respective snow conditions. The trail is 7 km long and has a short steeper rise (red/black). Fantastic location of the trail with skating and classic track.

The Flowtrail Hochkönig leads from the Bürglalm, below the reservoir, along a dirt road to the edge of the forest. From there starts an action-packed trail for the whole family - whether mountain biker or eBiker - the Flowtrail Hochkönig is suitable for every type of biker.
Through the idyllic landscape with a view of the Hochkönig, you feel pure adrenaline!

At 1,112 metres above sea level lies the Moosalm, which is over 450 years old – a place steeped in history, enjoyment and warmth. The panoramic view of the Pongau mountains invites you to linger – whether on foot, by bike, by car or, in winter, on skis.

The Höller family brings fresh energy to this traditional hut: a rustic atmosphere, warm hospitality and homemade delicacies made from regional ingredients ensure genuine alpine enjoyment.

Whether it's a birthday, family celebration, stag party or company party – every event at the Moosalm is unforgettable. Inside, the wood crackles, outside, the peaks glisten – here, your time out simply feels real.

On three downhills in the skiarea Zauchensee-Flachauwinkl you can become a ski-superstar: Full speed ahed on the skimovie parallel-slalom and on the skimovie funslope mixed race on Gamskogel and shred down the slope at skimobie giant slalom at Kogelalm! The Zapfenhütte is located at 1320 m above sea level directly at the mountain station of the 8-seater Hochbrand cable car. The cozy parlor with an open fireplace and the sun terrace invite you to take a break.
