Spezialisierung: Der Berggasthof Sattelbauer, einer der schönsten Berggasthöfe im Salzburgerland auf 1300 Metern Höhe inmitten von Wald und Wiesen, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der herrliche Ausblick zum Griesenkar, dem mächtigen Dachstein-Massiv und der ehrfürchtigen Bischofsmütze lässt wohl jedes Wanderherz höher schlagen! Unser Lokal ist mit Holz aus einem 300 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ausgestattet. Unsere Stuben strahlen Gemütlichkeit, Behagen und herzliche Gastlichkeit aus. Die liebevollen Details erinnern an Tradition und Brauchtum. Unsere Küche ist herzhaft und bodenständig, die Produkte größtenteils aus eigener Landwirtschaft. Die hausgemachte Sulze, das Wiener Schnitzel aus der Pfanne, der deftige Bauernschmaus, die wunderbaren Schweinemedaillons oder Wildspezialitäten sind nur einige unserer Spezialitäten. Zum süßen Abschluss laden die warme Mohntorte, Strudeln und Eis-Desserts ein. Wir sind sowohl für große Feiern als auch für Busse gerüstet. In the bike park you can test your skills in the trail park and dirt park on an area of ​​approx. 10,000 m². In the trail park, the bike takes you over natural obstacles such as roots, balance elements, curves and waves. In the dirt park there are 3 lines equipped with tables and a seesaw.

Ski & Wine Enjoyment Week from 6th to 13th March, 2027

During the skiing and wine tasting week from March 6 to 13, 2027, we offer our guests at the Wolke 7 some special highlights. 

The Winklalm has long been known across borders. Not only because of the cozy atmosphere, but also because of the good delicacies that our kitchen team conjures up.

A marvellous mountain backdrop and great views to the Dachstein – the Kaiblingalm is probably one of the most beautiful spots of all Styrian ski resorts. Easy to reach by the Alm 6er chairlift, one of Austria’s most modern and comfortable chairlifts: it is detachable, equipped with orange protection covers (“bubbles”), and has heated leather seats. Its base station is at 1,600 m, taking you up to an elevation of 1,950 m.

Sonnalm Zauchensee – Sense of home and cosiness at 1740 metre altitude int the middle of the ski area Zauchensee. Traditional cottage in old wood with great sun terrace and outlook to the mountain world directly at the slope. Austrian kitchen with local delicacies and liqueurs, schnaps and beef from the own farm. (Kirchgassgut).

Sport Shop

The highlight at the end of a ski tour on the Hochwurzen. At the small Hochwurzen summit, you can enjoy your summit victory in peace, including the view of the Dachstein, the Enns Valley and the Schladminger Tauern. The perfect photo spot for all summit strikers. For refreshments afterwards, the small Hochwurzen hut is also close by.
