Built in 2010 according to plans by Kuehn Malvezzi, it is located right next to the meadows where the horses of the Wetzlgut graze in summer, hence the name »Rossalm«. We fulfill our wish to cook “everyone’s favorite dish” with a fine selection of seasonal delicacies with regionally sustainably produced basic products.

In winter we serve Austrian delicacies for lunch. In the evening we will be happy to spoil you with a candle light dinner! The Rossalm is excellent with a fork in the Falstaff! At our Gasthof Mühlbauernstube in Saalfelden, it's not just a love of cookery that takes top priority, the use of high-quality ingredients is also important. They must be fresh and as far as possible from the region. In the cosy parlour you can feast with joy and pleasure or enjoy the warming winter sun on our wonderful sun terrace.
