Ski amadé van A tot Z

The Radstadt/Altenmarkt ski area is an insider tip for skiers and toboggan fans in Ski amadé. On the small but very fine ski mountain, all 4 main lifts come together on the "Kemahdhöhe", the central point of the ski area.

Up here, in addition to the start of the 6km long Königslehen toboggan run and the popular photo motif mascot "Kinigl", there is also a sacred place with the Holy Family made of "Sölker marble" and a summit cross made of old lift parts. This place invites you to linger and relax with a magnificent view. 

For skiers and snowboarders, the ski bus to and from the ski stations for winter sports is free of charge. Groups can only be transported by pre-booking (book by 5.00 pm the day before on +43-6542-4000).

Directly on the piste and in the centre of Maria Alm, almost 1,400 ski guests can store their winter sports equipment safely and dryly at the valley station of the Natrun 10-seater gondola lift. Depending on the number of people, you can choose between a locker for 2 or 4 people. Bookings are made at the Natrunbahn ticket office and the existing ski pass is used as the access system.

You want to sleep long, but don´t miss the fun on the slopes? No problem, you can race into the valley at late hours on the floodlit piste at the cable car. Whether day or night, safety must not be neglected at rapid downhills.

Snowboarders and freestylers take note: In Flachau, you are exactly right, if you like cool performances on the board. You can practice your moves on kicker line, rail combo, half pipe and jib line to perfection in the Absolut Park. All obstacles are shaped and maintained daily. The kid's cross country ski park offers this variety. There is a large snow hill for ascents and downhills, even through gates and over jumps and other obstacles. Ball games, relays or running games can be played on this ski-playground.
